Resting in the valley of the small town of Argentonnay, you will find a tranquil and peaceful haven for wildlife in Uncle George’s Garden.
The garden is divided in two by the Argenton river with a steep sided forest on one side with flat flood plain on the other. A haven for wildlife, the garden was given to the Argenton les Vallees town by Georges Jouffrault and it is now maintained as a place for the public to enjoy.
A wonderful place for families to explore the natural environment and for children to play safely in the river by the bridge. This is a wonderful place to spend time enjoying the beauty of nature and is free to the public.
